The size I'm looking for isn't available
Our webshop is directly linked to our warehouse inventory. This means that if a size or product is not available on the webshop, then it has run out of stock. Not to worry though, because all products are re-stocked frequently. Whenever we receive new sizes or styles, we always post a message on Facebook, Instagram, and our website. Therefore, be sure to follow us so that you are up to date on the latest MIPACHA news!
 

When can I expect my package? 
If you paid for your item before 3 PM EST, your item will be shipped the same day. Deliveries may vary between 3-6 working days.
Orders are shipped out of the Netherlands, so in the unlikely event of a custom controle delivery may be delayed a few days.

All orders are sent with the major postal companies and can be shipped to all US States and territories.  Packages are always traceable through a track and trace code. 
 

I've ordered the wrong size.
Want to exchange your product for a different size? No worries! Please note, MIPACHA is not responsible for any shipping costs made to send the product back for exchange. However, we will pay the shipping costs when we send the new size or product back to you!

To exchange the product please use the Return menu: http://www.mipacha.us/service/shipping-returns/. When sending back a product, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified or damaged and repacked in its original packaging
- The products must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date in which the order was delivered.

Please hold on to your track and trace code when returning your MIPACHA product so that you are able to check if the package has arrived.


I've changed my mind and want to return the item
This is not a problem. Please ship the item back to us using the following return page:

 Please note:

- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unmodified or damaged and repacked in its original packaging
- The products must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date in which the order was delivered.

- We do not refund any shipping costs made to send the product back to our warehouse. However, we will refund you the full amount paid on our webshop, this includes the freight costs made to send the product to you.

Please hold on to your track and trace code when returning your MIPACHA product to be able to check if the package has arrived.


I would like to have the MIPACHA’s shipped to a different address than my billing address
This is not a problem. During the payment process on our website there is a clear option to do so. When checking out, you will notice that after the page “billing address” you will automatically be directed to a page named “shipping address”. The full check out process is made up of the following steps:

  1.      billing address
  2.      shipping address
  3.      shipping method
  4.      payment method
  5.      order review

Webshop
To place an item in your cart, just choose the size you want and then click on ‘Add to cart’, which can be found underneath the sizing options. You will then be automatically directed to your cart.


Size guide
MIPACHA sizes are offered in European sizes from 36 up to 45. Our American sizes include women’s 6 up to 8.5 and men’s 7.5 up to 11.5. We normally advise everyone to select the size you usually wear. But if you are in doubt we suggest going for a larger size since our shoes tend to fit nice and snug!


What are my payment options?
We accept multiple payment options: iDeal, Paypal, Creditcard American Express, After Pay, Sofort, Giro pay, Visa, Klarna, EC and carte blue. They are instant payment methods so we can process your order right away.

MIPACHA is happy to offer free standard shipping for orders above $100. For orders under $100 we charge a standard shipping price of $7.95

Cleaning MIPACHA's
For best results, clean your MIPACHA shoes immediately after exposing them to dirt.

FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO CLEAN YOUR MIPACHA’s

  1. Remove excess dirt first. Use a soft-bristled brush (shoe brush, old toothbrush) to clean the outsole.
  2. Use warm water.
  3. Use a sponge, soft cloth, or soft brush to apply a small amount of the water/detergent mixture and clean the affected areas.
  4. Using another sponge or soft cloth, apply a small amount of warm water to remove any excess detergent.
  5. Air dry the shoes at room temperature.
  6. Repeat these steps to attempt to remove persistent stains.

Saddle soap can soften leather, so we recommend using it only on leather components on the shoes that are not subject to excessive stress.

We don't recommend any other cleaning methods or shoe care products, such as using a washing machine or any devices intended to immerse your shoes in water, dryer or any other device intended to dry your shoes by applying excessive heat, dry cleaning, bleach or other cleaning/chemical agents, or anything else except for the guidelines listed above.
